Technical Support Engineer - Mobile Phone Software
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our Smart Handheld Device Division.
Working in our Irvine offices, the individual will work with customers and prospects
supporting our software products focused on handheld devices. Paragon delivers multiple
categories of solutions to the mobile market including: personal productivity tools,
dictionaries, handwriting recognition software, games and localization systems.
The successful candidate should possess:
1. 3-5 years of successful field engineering / customer support
experience in a field related to our handheld software products.
2. Exposure to mobile operating systems such as: Symbian, PalmOS,
Windows Mobile and Blackberry
3. Ability to quickly understand new concepts and technical
requirements of customers
4. Strong PC skills.
5. Excellent technical and phone support skills.

Marketing Manager / Director
We are seeking an assertive Marketing Manager for our Americas office in Irvine to develop
marketing plans and programs for our products, as well as organize and develop specific
customer-relations programs, VAR channel plans, direct mail campaigns, email marketing plans,
internet based lead generation programs, public relations campaigns along with determining company
presence at conventions, trade associations and seminars.
The successful candidate should possess:
1) 3-5 years of successful marketing experience in a field related to our
software products.
2) Exposure to Online, OEM and/or Channel software sales.
3) Understanding of online promotion and public relations
4) Ability to provide and interpret short and long-term market forecasts and
reports.
5) Determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
6) Strong PC skills.
7) Excellent presentation skills.
