Support Policy for Business Products
Paragon Software Group offers the following Support Services for Business products:
Extended Support
Extended Support is included as a part of the license when a License is obtained during initial product purchase or via Upgrade Assurance & Extended Support program.
- Extended Support is valid for 1 year (default), 2 or 3 years (by request) from the original purchase date.
- Extended Support expires after Upgrade Assurance & Extended Support period is over.
Prior to the expiration of Extended Support, you can extend the support by:
- Purchase of Upgrade Assurance & Extended Support Program for additional 1, 2 or 3 years
- Purchase of Per-Incident Support service
- Use of free Complimentary Support service
Per-Incident Support
Per-Incident Support is valid for one issue, and it expires 1 year from purchase, or as soon as the issue is resolved, whichever comes first.
Complimentary Support is valid for the following releases of the products at this time:
